Job Requirements:
Creative Beginnings is seeking a Full Time Two Year Old Teacher Assistant who is exceptional, dedicated, fun, and ready to make a difference. As a teacher assistant you will help develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early learning in areas such as language, motor skills, social-emotional development, and basic cognitive skills. Support potty training, self-help skills, and early language development. Support the development of self-regulation, sharing, and following simple directions. Establish consistent routines and structure to help toddlers feel secure. Monitor and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety indoors and outdoors. Be able to implement conscious discipline strategies into your classroom. Observe and assess each child’s development, documenting progress through notes, checklists, or portfolios. Maintain accurate attendance records, incident reports, and daily logs (diapering, feeding, naptime, etc.). You must be able to communicate effectively with both parents and staff on a daily basis. You will maintain a learning environment that is clean, safe and inviting for our young learners. Attend various staff development trainings and above all be a team player.
Job position description:
- High School diploma or equivalent or higher
- A minimum 6 months to 1 year working in a licensed child care center.
- Have NSC First Aid/CPR/AED (willing to obtain)
- Ability to meet all licensing requirements-DSS background check, medical assessment etc.
- Available Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm

Compensation: $30,160.00 - $35,360.00 per year
